Morning P.T. & Yoga
Include in the regular curriculum of the school is half an hour of compulsory Morning P.T. and yoga for the students, everyday. Kirpalians firmly believe in the Saying, ”Healthy mind is the abode of Healthy body”. It is strictly implemented in our daily routine. It helps the students to develop good physique and health. It also helps in inculcating meditative values amongst the students.
