Teachers’ Day Celebrations


“ A good teacher can inspire hope , ignite imagination and instill love for learning.” Kirpal Sagar Academy celebrated Teacher’s day with great fun and enthusiasm. A special assembly was conducted on this day. The assembly began with a prayer, followed by a speech by the Head girl highlighting the contribution of teachers in a student’s life. Dr Margaret Augustine, Principal- Kirpal Sagar and Dr Augustine, Director - Academics shook hands with all the teachers wishing them a very happy teachers day.


The assembly was followed by a get-together of teachers. It was presided over by the chairman, Dr Karamjit Singh, the vice-chairperson Mrs Parminder Kaur, Principal and Director - Academics. The chairman addressed all the teachers with his inspiring words. He thanked all the teachers for their diligence, sincerity and hardwork.

Soon after the cake cutting ceremony, teachers indulged in fun filled activities that marked the celebration. They played a variety of games creating memories to cherish forever. They reveled in the company of their fellow teachers, taking pride in their role as teachers who transform lives and create future. The day came to an end with the scrumptious lunch hosted by the school.
