Annual Day Celebrations 2019

Kirpal Sagar Academy celebrated its 30th annual day with unprecedented fanfare on November 15, 2019 at the school premises. The school was decorated elegantly. A grand stage had been set up with professional sound system. Mr. Wolfgang Gelrich, chairman - Unity of Man ( Austria) had been invited as the chief guest. He was given a floral welcome before he inaugurated the programme. Dr Karamjit Singh(Chairman), Mrs Parminder Kaur (Vice chairperson), Madam Angela, Dr Margaret Augustine (Principal), Dr Augustine (Director-Academics), Mrs Sarbjit Mangat and other dignitaries presided the celebration.

Dr Augustine presented the formal welcome. The talented students presented a variety of mesmerising cultural events such as dances, plays, mime etc. Dr Margaret Augustine, the Principal read the annual report of the school. She made the audience aware of the school’s achievements in academics and co-curricular arenas.  

Prizes were given away to the last year’s CBSE academic toppers and the school toppers. Addressing on the occasion the chief guest lauded and praised the school for raising the educational standard in the city. The Chairman also addressed the gathering with his most inspiring words.

The event closed with a grand finale and an Orchestra (musical event) by all the participants . It was indeed a spectacular display of talent and fervour. The programme was an amalgamation of various hues befitting the theme wondrously.

At the end, Master Joe M Jacob (Vice Headboy) thanked the chief-guest, dignitaries, and parents for having spared their time to attend the function. He also thanked students, teachers, and the Principal for organizing the function successfully and the programme culminated with the National Anthem.
